I have an issue with finding frames that are proportionate to my face and will actually stay on my face. If you know you know! Wish there were stores so I could try them on in person.

I had an issue with my order and it getting delivered on time however, when I reached out to customer service, they were really quick to reply and get the situation fixed. Not even a week later I had my new sunnies! Love them so much!

Arrived in record time, love that that flatter and fit my wide face. I’ve tried multiple pairs of the same styles and this is the first pair that truly makes me feel great wearing them. I love the polarized lenses.

sunglasses are cute and good quality but my issue is shipping. this was my second order. the shipping label was created, but my sunglasses werent shipped until after their original delivery date bc i emailed and asked if it was a mistake on their end or with the shipping company. turns out it was just sitting there and was shipped the next day. kinda frustrating and disappointing for sunglasses that are more expensive

Sunglasses are cute but not a fan of the overall experience. Ordered a sunglasses case that never shipped and I had to reach out to multiple different avenues for updates and eventually just cancelled.

I have still not received my order. I have written to customer service TWICE and have still received NO answer. The tracking number provided doesn’t show any tracking information when I tried checking on the order. I just would like to receive my super expensive order that is for a friend’s birthday or at the minimum hear from someone in the company! If you can’t fullfil the order then refund my money.
