We offer free shipping for orders over $160.00 CAD in Canada & USA and a standard $10.00 CAD flat rate for orders below $160.00. 

Canada: Standard Tracked Shipping 2-8 business days

Yes, we ship worldwide with free shipping on orders over $280 CAD and between $25.00 - $35.00 depending location for orders under $280 CAD.
